Waterloo Region Votes is a nonpartisan initiative to increase voter engagement during elections. Voters can find their ward and who is running, learn more about their candidates with links to candidate websites and social media, see a list and a calendar of upcoming all-candidates meetings and events, and learn more about voting and the election through links to election-related resources.

VisionWR is a group of volunteers that aims to bring together people and organizations across Waterloo Region to work to engage candidates and voters around the vision for an inclusive and sustainable future of shared well-being for all. Scroll down the “For Voters” tab to find questions to ask your candidates on nine different issues.
