CFUW K-W is offering it's members some options to help out and donate to our homeless friends and those in need, in our community.
Option #1. Mitts! Hats! Socks!
"Fridays at First", formerly Out of the Cold, is collecting mittens, hats and socks to give to those in need. They have scaled down their program, so they would truly appreciate our support to help them help others in need. They will also take gently warn clothing (outer clothing, as in shirts, not under clothing or socks.) or new toiletries.
Donations by cheque are also welcome.

Drop off locations:
Erb and Westmount, Waterloo: 50 Ashton Cres., front porch
Stanley Park, Kitchener: 159 Rennie Drive, front porch
First United Church, back entrance off Caroline, Mondays-Thursdays 8 - 4
Option #2. Warm Winter Clothing!
Donate to: “The Working Centre”, a dedicated independent nonprofit organization offering access and self-help to those unemployed or living in poverty. Tax receipts are available.
*Remember to include our club affiliation: “CFUW K-W”, in your message or memo lines.
